The Aurora Dependence
A lovely apartment in a shabby chic style
The“Sunrise/Aurora” Dependence is a detached house of about 90 square meters; it consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom on the ground floor, a double bedroom in the loft and a bathroom with shower.
Up to 6 guests can stay in the annex, two in the sofa bed in the living room and two in each double room.
Furthermore, there is a private garden equipped with a table, some chairs, a beach umbrella and deckchairs.
Pets are welcome and can be housed either indoor or in a kennel under the porch.
If you want, at the entrance of the garden you can park your car under a canopy.

The ground floor room
The room on the ground floor of the annex is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your clothes. The room is lit by a large window overlooking the property’s garden.
A spacious bathroom is comfortable and functional.
Provided are a change of sheets and towels, as well as the availability of additional cots and cribs is included during the entire stay.

On the mezzanine there is a spacious double bedroom that overlooks the large window facing the olive grove and cultivated fields, which offer a magnificent view for the guests.

A large and comfortable environment, where you can spend your holidays with the company of friends of family or relax in the silence of the Tuscan countryside.
The living room is connected to the outside by a porch furnished with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the green.
An ample, fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home.
With the fantastic views, from the large windows, it’ll feel like cooking outdoors.

The exteriors and the gardens
The annex is surrounded by an exclusive garden equipped with tables and chairs where you can dine outdoors. On the lawn to make your relaxation complete, there is a beach umbrella and deck chairs.
Next to the garden there is a large covered shed where you can park your cars in the shade.
